Job Description
Job Summary: To handle and administer procedures related to payroll, statutory payments, employee insurance, and recruitment activities. Also, responsible for maintaining personal files.
Job Scope:
- Monitor employee leave, attendance, and calculate overtime for payroll processing.
- Handle payroll, prepare reports, and manage statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits and organize training programs.
- Ensure HR business processes run smoothly and improve continuously.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in HR Management.
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR or related field.
- Proficient in HR analytics and MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of employment law is preferred.
- Passionate, target-oriented, and a team player.
