Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at FITS Express – ASC for UPS Sri Lanka in Colombo. Responsibilities include managing payroll, HR operations, employee records, and ensuring compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee data accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle HR documentation and policy implementation.
- Manage monthly payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare reports for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with payroll focus.
