Job Description
A leading conglomerate is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee services, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Oversee group medical insurance and OPD scheme
- Handle employee services activities and documentation
- Manage HRIS and personal files
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor department
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
