Job Description

A leading conglomerate is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee services, and compliance.

Requirements:

Manage recruitment and on-boarding processes
Oversee group medical insurance and OPD scheme
Handle employee services activities and documentation
Manage HRIS and personal files
Ensure statutory compliance with labor department
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
