Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Developing HR policies and procedures.
- Handling onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Administering employee benefits and maintaining HR records.
- Providing support in performance management and employee relations.
- Coordinating training programs and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Assisting with HR reporting and analytics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and policies.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HRIS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize workload effectively.
- HR certification is a plus.
