Job Description
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and working with payroll systems.
- Proficient in handling EPF & ETF related matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and understanding of EPF & ETF regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information, proactive in problem-solving, decision-making, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
