Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing Employee Engagement, Training and Development, and HR policies. They will also be involved in HR management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is located in the Corporate office – Colombo 10

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Strong understanding of Training & Development and Employee Engagement
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Relevant degree/certifications or qualifications in HR (PQHRM/CQHRM)
• 03 to 04 years of experience in a similar capacity (Hospitality industry preferred)
