Job Description

Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an Executive – HR to join our team.

We are a leading organic and fair-trade company in Sri Lanka, established in 1993.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for various HR functions at our Makandura factory, including handling grievances, recruitment, payroll, training programs, and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management
Minimum 2 years HR experience
Experience in a factory setting preferred
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Excellent communication skills
Proximity to Makandura, Pannala
