Role Description
The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes managing payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, as well as maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing support and resolution as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including EPF and ETF regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both personal files and the HRIS.
- Monitor and manage time and attendance records.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or PQHRM.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in payroll management, employee relations, EPF, ETF, time and attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ability to keep personal files and HRIS up to date with key employee information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
