Job Description
Role Description: This contract role involves providing strategic HR guidance and support, developing HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with laws. Hybrid role based in Colombo with some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Strong HR knowledge
- Experience in HR consulting
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR certification is a plus
