Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for our client, JFS Holdings Limited, a leading Software company in Colombo. The ideal candidate should have a degree or relevant professional qualifications in HR Management, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in HR management in the IT/ITES industry.
- A degree in HR Management or relevant professional qualifications from a reputable institute
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
