Job Description
Requirements:
- Completed Advance level in Commerce stream
- Having a HR related Diploma or similar qualification
- Proficient knowledge in IT & Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Prepare attendance related reports.
- Expect high level of data accuracy with analytical mind.
- Adhere to the stipulated timelines.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties relating to the role as and when requested by management.
