Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Transco Travels in Colombo. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and training coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration and Training expertise
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Full or partial qualification in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field will be an added advantage
