Job Description
NOLIMIT is the largest retail fashion chain in Sri Lanka, seeking a highly energetic and self-motivated individual to join our HR Team as a HR Assistant.
- Handle employees’ EPF/ETF matters.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in payroll.
- Support Performance Management process.
- Provide general administrative support to HR operations.
- Assist in data reporting and analytics.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification in HR Management.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
