Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including HR management, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) administration, benefits administration, and training support. This is an on-site role located in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proficiency in benefits administration processes
- Ability to provide training support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- A degree or certification in Human Resources or related field is preferred
