Job Description

As an HR Assistant at JFS Holdings Limited, you’ll work closely with our HR team and assist with daily operations, recruitment, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding new employees by preparing materials and setting up sessions.
- Manage employee records, prepare HR documents, and assist with payroll.
- Help maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company culture.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 1 year of similar experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
