Role Description: Join CEM as a full-time Human Resources Assistant. Manage HRIS data, assist with benefits, coordinate training, and support HR operations in Colombo.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Strong HR principles understanding
- HRIS experience
