Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring efforts, work with department heads, create job descriptions
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, boost morale, reduce turnover
  • Set up feedback systems, organize training sessions for skill improvement
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local laws, update policies
  • Manage payroll, benefits, salary reviews to stay competitive
  • Identify skill gaps, provide training for future roles
  • Align HR efforts with company goals, track performance with data insights

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field. CIPM certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Handle employee issues with professionalism, discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player with leadership potential
  • Maintain confidentiality for privacy, trust
