Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead hiring efforts, work with department heads, create job descriptions
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, boost morale, reduce turnover
- Set up feedback systems, organize training sessions for skill improvement
- Ensure HR practices comply with local laws, update policies
- Manage payroll, benefits, salary reviews to stay competitive
- Identify skill gaps, provide training for future roles
- Align HR efforts with company goals, track performance with data insights
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field. CIPM certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years HR experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Ability to multitask, prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Handle employee issues with professionalism, discretion
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office
- Strong team player with leadership potential
- Maintain confidentiality for privacy, trust
