Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Help address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution efforts.
- Support the creation and distribution of training materials and schedules.
- Contribute to promoting a positive workplace environment through various initiatives and support.
