Job Description

OWCS Colombo is an accounting and tax services provider serving EU Accountants including Ireland and United Kingdom
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling foreign payroll clients and processing payroll for them
- Responsible for handling the recruitment and selection process
- Preparing HR related documents as per the requirements of employees and management
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or Professional qualifications in HRM
- Should be full conversant with all aspects of Sri Lankan Labor law and HR Functions
- Conversant with MS office specially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Has the ability to priorities work and communicate well with clients
- Ability to take ownership of the assigned work
- Fast Learner who can work with minimum supervision
