Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HR functions as the Business Partner for our Sector/Division.
- Implement HR process efficiencies and solutions.
- Provide exceptional HR services to meet internal customer demands.
- Coordinate and manage training calendars to support employee development.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee the Employee Performance Management Process.
- Assist the VP – Group HR in executing strategic HR initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in HR or General preferred.
- Minimum of 07 years of HR experience with at least 03 years in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
