Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for compensation, benefit management & payroll.
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements and bring continuous improvement to the HR Processes.
- Manage all other HR operational activities from onboarding to exit management.
- Liaising with the Department of Labor for labor-related inquiries
What we are looking for:
- Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of integrity.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
