Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities
- Assist in benefit administration and benefit-related inquiries
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide necessary information
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of work undertaken
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 days a week from Colombo 02 office
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge:
- Undergraduate following a Bachelors in HRM/Business Management or following a Professional Qualification in HRM
- An achiever in extracurricular activities would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively at all levels
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn HR processes and practices
- Fluent in MS Excel & MS Word
This position will be on a fixed-term contract for a period of 6-11 months. The selected candidate is required to report to work physically at the Parkland Building, Colombo 0200
