Position: Manager – HR (Full Time | On-Site)

Job Profile:
- Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team capable of supporting the organization’s growth.
- Nurture a positive working environment and workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, PQHRM, CQHRM (MBA would be an added advantage).
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil.
