Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Formix. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, retention, training, and development of employees, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
