Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Strategies Aligned with Business Goals.
- Manage The Recruitment Process for Technical and Non-technical Roles.
- Oversee Employee Onboarding, Training, and Development Programs.
- Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Company Policies.
- Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives to Foster a Positive Workplace Culture.
- Handle Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Administer Compensation and Benefits Programs.
- Support Performance Management and Career Development Processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong Understanding of HR Practices, Particularly in the IT Sector.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proven Leadership and Team Management Abilities.
- Familiarity with HR Software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
