Job Description
Requirement:
- Manpower 250-300 heads handling experience
- Manufacting / Hotel / Aviation industry experience
- Labour laws & HR Systems compliance and understanding
- Ready to take up challenges.
- 8 – 10 years: preferable (5-7 years for a super candidate)
- Sinhala & Tamil speaking would be added advantages
Work Location: Colombo 3/4
Working Days & Hours: Mon- Fri, 9- 5
- Salary: 200k below.
