Main Job Duties:
- Execute HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
- Collaborate with managers on staffing needs and talent acquisition.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR management experience.
- Professional qualification in a related field would be an advantage.
- Ability to handle employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
