Job Description
The administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administration functions for the Colombo business entity. This role involves financial coordination, HR support, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Coordination
2. Liaison Duties
3. Vendor Management
4. Payroll & Compliance
5. Reporting to Management
6. Facility Management
7. Handling Employee Queries and Documentation Requests
8. Supporting in Hiring and Onboarding
9. Travel & Logistics Management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in office administration or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
