Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Associate at Studyingermany.lk (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for HR management, operations, training & development, and communication tasks within the organization.

Qualifications

• A Diploma, Degree, or first-hand experience in Business or the HR Field.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Online Recruiting is an advantage.
• Experience or know-how in LinkedIn
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
