Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Execute HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labor law compliance.
• Handle Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR management experience.
• Professional qualification in a relevant field preferred.
• Adept at handling employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
