Job Description

Job Duties

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Updates payroll records with changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job transfers.
  • Prepares reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and wages.
  • Calculates payroll liabilities for taxes and payments.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies through data analysis.
  • Provides payroll information and maintains confidentiality.
  • Follows policies and procedures to manage payroll operations.
  • Contributes to team goals as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
  • 2+ Years of payroll experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
