Job Description
- Dynamic individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Management / Human Resources Management
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in HR domain preferably from IT Industry
- Experience in handling end to end General HR responsibilities
- Experience in maintaining HR systems
- Experience in handling performance management and employee retention
- Handle Employee engagement activities
- Reporting and analytics skills would be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills
- Computer literate particularly Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
