Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) for recruiting and deployment of resources in the Business Unit (BU).
- Support the TA team/ HRBPs for timely support in the evaluation process.
- Coordinate surveys & focus groups for HRBPs.
- Facilitate probation confirmations and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and employee relocation.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:
- Undergraduate in HRM/Business Management or pursuing a Professional Qualification in HRM.
- Achiever in extracurricular activities preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
This position is a fixed-term contract for 6-11 months at Parkland Building, Colombo.
