Job Description
As an Associate Executive in HR Compensation and Benefits at Virtusa, you’ll assist in managing and administering the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. Responsibilities include developing compensation strategies, administering benefits, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with the HR team to enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
