Job Description
We are in the lookout for an Assistant Manager HR Partner in the automotive industry, embracing lean manufacturing principles to ensure efficiency and sustainability in our operations.
Requirements:
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and facilitate performance management processes.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, update HR policies, drive process improvements, and lead HR projects.
- Partner with leaders to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into business practices.
Pre-requisite:
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute.
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizing, analytical, presentation, probing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office package, ERP System.
