Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive – Hotel. The HR Executive – Hotel will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, development and implementation of HR policies, and overall human resources (HR) management for the hotel. The HR Executive – Hotel will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure effective HR practices and support the sustainable development of the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge and understanding of human resources (HR) principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
