  • Experience in Benefits Administration and HR Policies
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of HR software a plus
  • Pursuing a degree in HR or Business Administration

Responsibilities

– Internal and External Coordination, Course schedule preparation, Certificate Issuing

– Monitoring Payments, Costing Preparation, Invoice and Quotation Preparation

– Manage HR Works, Personal file preparation, Team Management
