Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Colombo. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks related to Human Resources, including HR management, development of HR policies, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The intern will also have opportunities to contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR practices and management
- Understanding of HR policies and regulations
- Experience in employee benefits administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
