Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle day-to-day office administration, including managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Organize and support company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
