Job Description
AuroraRCM is a leading Revenue Cycle Technology company seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Responsible for HR tasks and administrative duties, the role offers room for career growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting in interview scheduling
- Drafting HR policies and maintaining documents
- Handling Labor department tasks and record-keeping
- Managing procurement and vendor relationships
- Providing overall HR and admin support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work US business hours and calendar
Starting salary range: 70K – 100K LKR. Entry-level position with training provided.
