Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at CityRest Fort in Colombo. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, handling laundry operations, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and standards
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
