Role Description: Seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to oversee staff, manage laundry services, ensure top-notch customer service, and lead the hiring process at a Colombo client site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Manager Housekeeping experience in the Hotel industry.
- Degree/Diploma or relevant professional qualification required.
- Ability to work extended hours in a demanding environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and knowledge of safety guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, pest control, and horticulture to uphold high standards.
- Assign tasks, conduct inspections, and ensure staff accountability for corrective actions.
- Manage employee satisfaction, adherence to budget, and enforce departmental procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, performance appraisals, and training.
- Control inventory, equipment maintenance, and monitor outsourced services.
- Address complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster teamwork and satisfaction.
