Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Hotel Coordinator in Colombo involves coordinating operations related to communication, customer service, hospitality, event planning, and sales. You will ensure client security needs are met and provide a reliable experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality
- Strong event planning and organization
- Sales and social media management
- Attention to detail and multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of electronic security systems is a plus
- High school diploma, hospitality management degree preferred
- Knowledge of local attractions and services beneficial
