Job Description
- Greet guests: Greet guests warmly and thank them for their business
- Manage reservations: Handle incoming calls, manage the book, and update reservations
- Seat guests: Map seating arrangements ensuring fair server distribution
- Provide menus: Deliver menus to all guests
- Provide wait times: Give accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Answer questions: Respond confidently to guest inquiries about the menu, specials, and more
