Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a position in the Hospitality industry located in Colombo. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive guest experience. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, and assisting with other hotel-related tasks as needed. The role may involve shift work, flexible scheduling, and weekend work.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and guest experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is desirable
