Job Description
As a Help Desk Support Engineer at Voigue, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure AD.
- Experience with various RMM solutions like Ninja One, SolarWinds, DATTO, N-Able.
- Advanced skills in Client PC connectivity and troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, scanners, and networking peripherals.
- Assisting with IT documentation, stock maintenance, and providing excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently as well as collaboratively.
