Job Description
As a Helpdesk Executive in this role, you’ll be the bridge between music broadcasters and production companies. You’ll use your communication skills to track down music cue sheets used for international airing via email both UK and USA clients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact production companies through emails and telephone calls to locate music cue sheets for international airing
- Analyze and provide solutions for queries raised by Data Processing Teams or UK and USA clients
- Prepare progress reports and maintain clear records of the process
- Liaise between teams to resolve issues with meta data processing
- Follow up with Soundmouse Production Users and establish positive client communication
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work night shifts (3.00pm – 11.00pm)
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Google Drives, email communication, and Google Sheets / Docs
- Ability to work with internet research & computer fundamentals
- Based in Sri Lanka
