Job Description
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards including Machine, Electricity, Chemical, Boiler, Fire safety, and Security requirements.
- Providing safety and environmental briefings for visitors to support occupational health and safety.
- Coordinating for compliance certification for the plant.
- Knowledge of quality management, social compliance, and international standards.
- Engaging in awareness sessions and maintaining training records.
- Conducting audits for compliance requirements.
- Overseeing building maintenance with new safety initiatives.
- Ensuring fire safety standards with drills and awareness sessions.
- Reviewing water/energy consumption and suggesting improvements.
- Liaising on legal aspects of sustainable manufacturing and providing safety training.
- Regular training on behavioral safety, PPE, MSDS, fire evacuation, and First Aid.
