Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up First Aid teams, Fire & rescue teams, Safety & health committees, and arranging the T&D program according to company requirements.
- Conducting risk assessments, safety audits as per company policies, and maintaining SOP and EHS documentation.
- Evaluating process progress periodically and overseeing the duties of the company Medical Center.
- Taking permits, licenses, approvals, and agreements from government and private authorities as needed.
- Updating EHS policies, procedures, and auditing the company’s EHS system.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in NIOSH/IOSH or equivalent professional qualification in occupational health and safety.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with strong analytical, training, people management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, QMS, and SAP is advantageous.
