Job Description
The Role:
This full-time on-site, Mid Senior level role is available as a Unit Head for Banking Policies & Procedures at a prestigious international bank based in Colombo. As the Unit Head, you will lead a team in formulating policies aligned with Central Bank regulations for internal and external banking functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
- Preferred higher banking qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable bank, ideally in a similar role
- Proficiency in Central Bank rules, regulations, and procedures
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
This position is based in Colombo.
